Marie Paillard

Biography:

Marie Paillard is currently pursuing a PhD in French and Francophone Studies, and specializes in 20th-21st-century Francophone literatures. Before Penn State, she earned MAs from the Université de Caen Basse Normandie (American literature), and from the University of Delaware (French literature). Her current research interests include migration, creolization and the expression of creole identities through travel novels.
