  • Bataille's Utopias. A rewriting of Georges Bataille's Accursed Share, set in the early twenty-first centrury. A reading through Bataille, of contemporary questions of energy use. ecology, religion, and eroticism.
  • Film and reality. A series of readings of French film criticism--and the films contemporaneous with it--that focuses on the tradition in French film of the representation of reality.
